Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role is centered around providing evidence-based rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, design, and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life for a variety of patient demographics.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and preventive measures.
- Relevant degree and licensure in Physical Therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
