Responsibilities Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers. Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff, and maintain organization of front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas. Kitchen Department Manager: ensure delivery of high‑quality, safe food quickly, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures and menu updates. People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule crews to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older.
