We are seeking a proactiveTransportation Clerk to optimize our daily operations and support our dedicated drivers in Clyde, OH. In this role you will work Sunday - Thursday from 9:00 pm - 5:00 am. Your Impact (Key Responsibilities) You will drive continuous improvement in our logistics workflows through the following core initiatives:

• Optimize Operations: Streamline vital office functions including payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and fuel reconciliation to ensure seamless business continuity.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Conduct meticulous audits of driver logs, trip reports, and DOT requirements, upholding the highest regulatory standards.
• Empower Our Drivers: Serve as the primary point of contact for our driving team, proactively coordinating route books, resolving equipment requests, and assisting with vacation and overflow freight coverage.
• Manage Critical Data: Maintain accurate databases, daily/weekly pallet tracking systems, and essential operational files to empower data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• 1+ years of proven experience in administrative support or operations, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.
• High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex data points for DOT reporting and financial tracking.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with drivers and cross-functional teams.
