Art Director

We're looking for an Art Director who combines strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution. This role is ideal for someone who can take a business challenge, translate it into compelling visual storytelling, and develop concepts that drive engagement across multiple channels. You’ll work on a wide variety of creative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring brands to life through thoughtful, insight-driven design. The ideal candidate is highly conceptual, detail-oriented, and embraces AI as an integral part of the creative process—not just a trend. Responsibilities Translate brand strategy and business objectives into visually compelling creative solutions Develop concepts and execute designs across digital, social, print, video, packaging, presentations, and other marketing channels Partner closely with creative leaders, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideas from brief through final execution Adapt creative approaches across multiple brands while maintaining consistency and strategic alignment Leverage AI tools throughout the creative process to accelerate ideation, concept development, iteration, and production Own projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring work is on brand, on strategy, and delivered on time Stay current on emerging design trends, creative technologies, and AI innovations, bringing new ideas back to the team Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 3–7 years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or in-house marketing environment Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD Strong portfolio demonstrating both exceptional design execution and strategic, concept-driven thinking Hands-on experience using AI creative tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and other generative AI platforms within the design workflow Ability to use AI as a creative partner throughout concepting, production, and refinement—not simply for experimentation Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and design systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas, incorporate feedback, and work effectively across teams Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
