Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer will own manufacturing execution, quality systems, process improvements, and production readiness activities for Flowline's growing data center cooling product lines. This role serves as the primary engineering liaison between Flowline and its manufacturing partners, ensuring production quality, throughput, documentation control, supplier performance, and successful product scaling.

The ideal candidate combines manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and supplier manufacturing experience and is comfortable operating independently while driving issues to closure.

7-10+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, or Production Engineering experience.

Experience working directly with contract manufacturers.

Ability to interpret electrical schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

Experience troubleshooting manufacturing and quality issues - Root cause and corrective action experience, ISO 9001 experience.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision - Strong communication and supplier management skills.

Industrial instrumentation experience.

Sensor manufacturing experience, Fluid handling products, Valves and controls.

Data center cooling products.

PCB assembly exposure, Potting and encapsulation, Conformal coating, Wire harness assembly, Electronics troubleshooting, Injection molded plastics.

ERP/MRP experience.

Expert Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Alamitos, CA.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
