Neighborhood Healthcare in Corona, CA seeks an Outreach and Enrollment Counselor to educate and assist clients enrolling in Covered CA, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and CHIP, as well as CalFresh. Responsibilities include conducting outreach at schools and community events, building partnerships, ensuring enrollment, and reporting on outreach metrics.
