BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

  • Join an independent, not-for-profit health system serving as the sole community hospital in the region. This 99-bed facility features a modern Emergency Department with strong clinical support and excellent work-life balance.
Practice Highlights
  • New ED with ~25,000 annual visits
  • Full-spectrum Emergency Medicine practice
  • Strong physician and APP support
  • Teaching opportunities available
Schedule
  • 12-hour shifts: 7a"7p, 7p"7a, 12p"12a
  • 4 days on / 8 days off (1,460 hours/year)
Facility
  • 7 treatment rooms, 2 trauma rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms
  • 4 observation/admit rooms
  • Meditech EMR
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary (3- or 5-year agreement)
  • Signing bonus + annual commitment payments
  • CME: $3,000 + 5 days
  • Health, dental, life, disability, retirement (403(b) + 457(b))
  • Malpractice coverage, licenses, and memberships
  • Moving allowance
