Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble components according to work instructions, production standards, and quality requirements.
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy, workmanship, and defects.
- Operate basic hand tools, assembly tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures and quality expectations.
- Work as part of a team to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $38,500 to $40,000 per year.

- Use basic assembly tools and equipment in a production environment.
- Maintain productivity, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.

- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Experience using basic hand tools or assembly equipment is helpful.
- Interest in building a long-term career in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
