Location: Richardson, TX — Field-Based

NurseAmy Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated Healthcare Sales Representative to introduce our staffing services to healthcare facilities and develop new client accounts. We provide RN, LVN/LPN, CNA, and Medication Aide staffing for PRN, per diem, and contract assignments.

Responsibilities

• Contact and visit nursing homes, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities.
• Identify who handles staffing services and connect with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing, and Staffing Coordinators.
• Present our services, brochures, and client service agreements.
• Discuss staffing needs and explain how NurseAmy can provide regular or backup coverage.
• Schedule meetings, follow up with prospective clients, and help secure signed agreements.
• Coordinate approved volunteer activities with Activities Directors and wellness visits with nursing leadership.
• Maintain accurate call logs, visit records, contact information, and follow-up schedules.
• Meet assigned outreach and sales goals.
• Communicate professionally and protect confidential information.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and visiting facilities in person.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use email, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
• Professional appearance and ability to work independently.
