Job Description:

Job Summary: This internship provides a hands-on opportunity for a student or recent graduate to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team and contribute to the development and implementation of automated software testing solutions. The intern will assist in the design, development, and deployment of test automation frameworks with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence and workflow automation using Microsoft Al Foundry and n8n.io software solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completion of coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• Exposure to our coursework in Artificial Intelligence (Al), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science is a plus.
  
• Basic programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), especially Agile or Scrum methodologies, is preferred.
  
• Understanding of software testing principles and an interest in test automation tools and frameworks.
  
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
  
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

Skills and Abilities:

• Completion of coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• Exposure to our coursework in Artificial Intelligence (Al), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science is a plus.
  
• Basic understanding of operating systems, including Windows and/or Linux environments.
  
• Familiarity with web browsers and web-based applications.
  
• Basic use of Microsoft Office.
  
• Willingness to learn and work with tools such as n8n.io (workflow automation) and Microsoft Al Foundry (Al platform for enterprise development).
  
• Comfortable navigating web-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and JIRA.
