This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and perfect for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys problem-solving and working outdoors. Note: During training period all Installers start at $22/hr.Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain overhead garage doors and openersUse carpentry, mechanical skills, and hand/power toolsDrive to job sites and complete assigned work ordersInspect and ensure proper function of all mechanical/electronic componentsCommunicate with customers to provide excellent serviceDocument completed work and maintain parts inventoryMaintain a clean, safe work site and company vehicleQualifications:High school diploma or GEDMechanically inclined and hands-on skillsetAbility to work full-time and in outdoor conditionsValid driver's license with a clean 3-year MVR (required)Experience in garage doors, construction, framing, HVAC, or similar trades preferredAbility to lift/move 70+ lbs and stand for long periodsAbility to pass a pre-employment background checkKey Skills & QualitiesStrong communication and customer service skillsProblem-solving mindset and ability to upsell solutionsTeam-oriented, dependable, and organizedStrong work ethic with a "do whatever it takes" attitudeComfortable with piece-rate pay structurePride in accuracy, safety, and high-quality workmanshipBenefitsFull-time schedule with competitive payMedical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and holiday payOpportunities for advancementSupportive, team-oriented work cultureBanko vehicle providedShow Up for Banko & Banko Will Show Up for You.We value reliability, teamwork, and long-term growth.
