Position Overview Location: Canon City, CO Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends!) Part-Time: Flexible scheduling, including weekends if desired Pay: $42 – $45 per hour (based on experience) Core Responsibilities Perform evaluations and create personalized care plans Deliver therapy to address speech, swallowing, and cognitive disorders Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Supervise CFYs and support personnel per regulations Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare/HIPAA standards Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety Ready to make a difference in a high-impact clinical environment? Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Colorado State SLP license Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility SNF/geriatric experience preferred Strong skills in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational abilities Why Join Us?
