Responsibilities Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team. Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client. Work with client teams to set financial policy and participate in overall strategy. Drive capital planning, risk management, ratio and KPI analysis, and board interactions. Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting. Oversee long‑term budget planning and cost management. Monitor budget progress and present operational metrics. Ensure financial staff maintain record systems in accordance with principles and monitor fund usage. Manage cash flow and forecasting, directing financial accounting. Coordinate audit activities. Manage multiple client engagements efficiently. Build strong client relationships and serve as a key client management member. Develop external business network and become a service and industry thought leader. Qualifications 8 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience. Healthcare industry experience highly preferred. QuickBooks knowledge highly preferred. Project and client management experience preferred. Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and skilled in multitasking. Education Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or related field). Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted. CPA certification preferred. Travel Primarily in‑office with frequent local travel.
