HR Technology Business Analyst

You help ensure that the people experience is a valuable asset by aligning it with HR’s strategic goals and driving continued investment in our experience by promoting the positive impact our solutions have to HR teams that could take further advantage of our offerings. You have a passion for advancements in technology, like GenAI and Microsoft Copilot, and have experience in creating simple and scalable solutions to help HR become more efficient. You have collaboration technology experience, including Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, & OneDrive. You can effectively manage the demand for technology enhancements within your functional area by analyzing and prioritizing requests, implementing strategies to optimizing resource utilization and balance competing priorities, while advancing the HR strategic goals. You can analyze, design, and optimize business processes through gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and partnering with IT to implement solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. You can effectively design and deliver technology enhancements by collaborating with IT and defining functional requirements, conducting thorough testing to ensure alignment with requirements, serving as the point of contact to troubleshoot issues, and coordinating resolution and escalation with IT as necessary. You can apply critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to effectively identify, analyze, and solve problems, utilizing a variety of problem-solving techniques and strategies. You can effectively collaborate with individuals and teams from different departments or areas of expertise by leveraging communication skills, active listening, and empathy to build strong working relationships, fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust, and achieving shared goals and objectives.
