Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Compensation & Benefits · Competitive pay: $110,240–$124,560 annualized, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care

• Monthly stipend: $6,000 for the first 6 months toward expenses of your choice

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance,

and patient communication

• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide

comprehensive care Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
