Commercial Lines Account Technician

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Technician to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Southborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.**Responsibilities:*** Generate Proof of Insurance (Certificates, EPI's, Binders, AutoID cards)* Process policies: e-file/attach to client file, policy check, and process original copy for delivery to the insured* Process and monitor direct bill endorsements* Process direct bill audits* Monitor carrier/premium finance company cancellation status and activity.* Generate form letters* Order MVRs* Order loss runs* Update data schedules (location, driver, named insured, etc.) in agency management system* E-filing/attaching of scanned documents* Data entry projects as neededAt Hilb Group, we recognize that our associates are our greatest asset.
