Appointment Setter Direct Hire with CarGuys Inc.

CarGuys Inc. is growing fast, and we are hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to join our internal team. This is a direct hire position with CarGuys Inc., not a placement for one of our clients.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the phone, follows a proven process, and can turn warm leads into scheduled demos.

Compensation

$45,000 per year Full-time, W2 position

Position Overview

The Appointment Setter is responsible for making outbound calls, following up with inbound leads, and scheduling demos for our recruiting platform. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to stay organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally
• Schedule demos for our sales team
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM
• Follow a structured call cadence and daily workflow
• Maintain consistent energy and professionalism throughout the day
