Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) in progress
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to support diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and student progress reports
• Educate staff and families on communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
