Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role located in Palm Coast, FL. The Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, explain available products, and recommend suitable coverage options. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting policy reviews, preparing quotes, and processing new policies and renewals. The role involves providing responsive customer service, answering coverage questions, and assisting clients with policy changes and basic claims guidance. The Sales Agent will also participate in ongoing training, maintain accurate records in the agency management system, and collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues. Customer Service skills to build trust, manage inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner. Sales skills for prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing insurance policies. Insurance knowledge, including familiarity with common personal and commercial lines coverage. Training experience or willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and regulations. Relevant state insurance license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe). Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM or agency management systems. Ability to work on-site full time in Lady Lake, FL, with reliable transportation. Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple client accounts and documentation.
