Job Description:

The RN in the CVOR unit is responsible for the observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care for all patients. The nurse must be able to scrub and be proficient in all service lines, with potential rotating weekend shifts. They must have 2 years of current experience in an acute OR setting.

Responsibilities:

Joint replacement, ENT, Ortho, Spine, Urology
Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery, and Plastic Surgery

Requirements:

ACLS, BLS certifications
Ability to scrub in surgical procedures across all service lines except robotics, ortho, spine, and GYN
Proficient charting and multi-tasking skills
Excellent critical thinking and bedside manner
