Phlebotomist

Responsibilities Perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, including pediatric and difficult draws in medical office settings. Maintain comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, and effectively communicate these standards to other employees. Provide orientation and training for patient service technicians. Qualifications Minimum 6+ months experience as a Phlebotomist (acute hospital preferred). Experience working in a high-volume environment and CPT1 license. High School Diploma requirement. Computer savvy with experience using a lab system (e.g., Cerner). Strong customer service skills. Availability for all shifts. Skills Phlebotomy, Specimen Processing, CPT 1.
