As a physical therapist in Central City, you will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized therapy programs, monitor progress, educate patients and families on exercises, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Nebraska physical therapist license. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. BLS certification. No more than 30 days of employment gap in the past 7 years. One reference from the last 12 months.
