Responsibilities Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Insurance experience is not required, but increased pay is available for prior experience and licensing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Will need to obtain insurance license if not already licensed.
