Co-Occurring Disorder Counselor — Intensive Case Manager

Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist/Counselor for our Claymont, Delaware location. This full-time position involves providing support and rehabilitation services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in community support services, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with participants.
