Janitorial Supervisor

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with Amazon's cleanliness and safety standards. Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed. Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality control and address any deficiencies. Train staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. Respond to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with OSHA, health, and safety guidelines. Communicate with facility management regarding cleaning needs and improvements. Previous experience in janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a large warehouse/distribution center environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
