Details Work on a 30-bed Med Surg/Cardiology unit Patient population includes pre and post-heart cath, general med surg, and general cardiology cases such as chest pain and hypertension Patient ratio of 1:6 Uses standard acute care equipment Cerner EMR Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15 Every other weekend required First to float No on-call requirements Requirements Active RN license (AL or Compact) required BLS certification required (AHA only accepted) Minimum 2 years of recent experience required Med Surg experience required; Cardiology experience preferred Acute care skills preferred Additional Information Candidates must be flexible, open to feedback, dependable, and friendly with staff and patients Navy scrub color required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted American Traveler Job ID P-744105.
