Responsible for securing and managing profitable building automation projects. Develops and achieves annual sales budgets, targets high-margin opportunities, and identifies projects with strong long-term service potential. Provides leadership on booked projects, supports team-based sales efforts, and delivers consultative, solution-focused sales to meet client needs.

• $120,000 - $200,000 unlimited commission

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales bookings and gross margin targets.
• Conduct direct end-user sales and pursue selective plan-and-spec work.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Create and execute marketing and account development plans.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and project scopes.
• Coordinate effective project turnover and support operations during execution.
• Follow up on active and completed projects to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide product demonstrations and stay current with industry technologies and codes.
• Attend required meetings, complete reports, and maintain updated quote logs.
• Monitor project profitability, change orders, and job costs.
• Develop annual sales budgets and maintain a monthly target project plan.
• Support collections when needed.

Education & Experience:

• Understanding of process/system efficiency and systems integration preferred.
