$5,000Sign-On Bonus. We are a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group seekingexperienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Waltham,MA. As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and dedicatedhealthcare providers to deliver exceptional care to our patients. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 perhour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96.
• Generous Paid Time Off: Fiveweeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time.
• CME Support: Three paid CMEdays annually, with additional CME support provided.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 uponjoining the team.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestrictedMassachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Minimum of six months ofclinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparablefast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment,communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work everyother weekend.
