Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) on the nights shift in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This position involves providing routine and complex nursing care, demonstrating clinical independence, and supporting patient recovery and well-being across a Medical Surgical department. Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred), BLS certification required, RN License in state of employment or applicable compact license, 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred, license required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Surgical Nursing preferred.
• Float: Will float to all Medical Surgical departments under supervision.
• Additional Information: The position is a backfill replacement for a previous staff member, starting on 07/20/2026. The facility operates a rotating weekend schedule, requiring 2 to 4 weekend shifts per month. The nurse may be asked to participate in on-call duties if census rises. The role involves assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, providing patient education, and making appropriate clinical judgments.
