Sr Pricing Analyst

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to develop data-driven pricing strategies and identify commercial opportunities across their product portfolio. The role involves creating analytical tools, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering recommendations that enhance price realization and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and quantify pricing-improvement opportunities across product and service portfolios
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of pricing initiatives from validation through implementation and measurement
• Create SQL and Excel-based analytical tools for strategic pricing and financial-impact measurement
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to align and execute pricing strategies
• Advise and train commercial teams on pricing strategy, execution, and price-attainment practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, mathematics, science, or related field
• Three or more years of pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or business analytics experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on SQL and relational database experience
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and statistical problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in matrix organizations
• Up to 10% travel availability
