Production Manager

Production Manager– Frames/ Wall Deco.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will oversee and manage the production process from order placement through final delivery. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through are essential. The ability to manage multiple orders while coordinating across departments is key to success.

• Send order requests to vendors and confirm order details, including back orders
• Enter purchase orders into the system and distribute to vendors
• Maintain and update cost sheet data within the Purchase Order system
• Manage and track the Time and Action calendar to ensure all production milestones are met for each order and product category
• Coordinate with Sales, Art Department, and Product Development teams to ensure timely shipments in accordance with order requirements
• Review and approve carton markings and packaging layouts
• Monitor production timelines and proactively address delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all order details are up to date
• Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth workflow and execution
• Perform related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BA/BFA Degree in Fashion Merchandising or Related Field with 3+ years’ experience
