Rental Manager

As the Rental Manager, you will oversee the sales and operations, ensuring a seamless and successful rental experience. Build a strong rapport with employees and customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Develop and mentor employees, cultivating their skills and enhancing their performance. Manage outside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize sales opportunities. Identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs, keeping our business at the forefront of industry trends. Prepare and manage budgets, taking responsibility for profit and loss statements and financial planning. Experience Ability to positively motivate and manage others, creating a high-performing team. Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment rental practices and market dynamics. Proficiency in profit and loss analysis, financial statements, budgeting, and other financial aspects of the business. Exceptional customer relations and communication skills, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
