Build a Stronger Team.Comfortable Climate Heating, Air & Plumbing is a locally owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and the Middle Peninsula. We're growing our service team and looking for an experienced HVAC professional who can combine strong residential service skills with hands-on leadership.This is a field-first leadership role. You'll spend time supporting technicians in the field, helping troubleshoot difficult calls, conducting ride-alongs, coaching technicians, and stepping in on service work when needed.
