Position Summary

Feazel is seeking a skilled and motivated Roofing Technician to join our team in New Albany, Ohio. This role is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.)
• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, or needed repairs
• Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and installation
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while working at heights
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean and organized manner
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status

Qualifications

• Previous roofing or construction experience preferred (but not required; training available)
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
