This 25-bed critical access hospital provides comprehensive surgical services with established anesthesia protocols. The facility maintains modern capabilities designed to support quality patient care delivery across multiple surgical specialties.

This region of Wyoming features multiple areas with distinct attractions and amenities. Buffalo offers outdoor recreation through the Clear Creek Trail System with over 20 miles of interconnected trails, along with historical sites including museums and a historic downtown district with shops and restaurants. Casper provides indoor entertainment options including art museums, bowling facilities, movie theaters, and an events center that hosts concerts and sporting events throughout the year.

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with one week per month coverage. The clinician will manage weeknight call every other night plus 24-hour weekend call coverage. Case responsibilities include general surgery, OB/GYN, and endoscopic procedures while working comfortably in a solo practice environment. Board certification is required for this autonomous practice position.
