If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping others, and would like to work in a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming environment, we would love to meet you.What You'll DoPrepare clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms for our retreatants.Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and common areas.Make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces.Restock towels, linens, and guest supplies.Help ensure every guest arrives to a room that is clean, comfortable, and ready for their stay.Report maintenance or safety concerns.Work together with our Housekeeping and Manresa teams to prepare for retreats and special events.What We're Looking ForDependable and punctualPositive attitude and strong work ethicAttention to detail and pride in doing a job wellFriendly and respectful toward guests and coworkersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform the normal physical duties of housekeepingPrevious housekeeping experience is helpful, but not requiredWhy Work at Manresa?Manresa isn't a hotel or a typical housekeeping environment.
