Key Responsibilities\nAs an LCSW at NovaCare Rehabilitation Center, you will take on several critical responsibilities designed to provide exceptional psychotherapy services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and developing personalized treatment plans based on established best practices and solution-focused interventions. \n
- Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client. \n
- Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensuring high standards of patient privacy and care. \n
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient. \n
- Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance clinical skills, and improve treatment outcomes. \n
- Educating and supporting patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources within the community to empower them in their treatment journey. \n
- Continuously staying informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field to incorporate new methodologies and findings into your clinical practice. \n
You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral challenges. This position allows you to significantly contribute to the overall emotional well-being of clients by utilizing evidence-based methodologies that are responsive to their specific challenges and goals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specializing in providing psychotherapy services. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. \n

Experience in working with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and prior involvement in telehealth services will be considered a significant asset.
