About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Management to lead and shape the future of client partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-performing teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. This role is pivotal in the Market's Senior Executive team, where the VP will help translate strategy into results and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Key responsibilities include owning account management performance, developing and executing strategic plans, leading and coaching client management teams, and monitoring key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The VP will also be instrumental in strengthening the market's reputation, driving renewal and retention strategies, and building strong producer and industry relationships. Applicants for the Vice President, Client Management position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience, with at least 3 years in a people leadership or management role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in driving growth, retention, and financial performance, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in sales or consultative client management. The VP will be expected to lead with impact, influence stakeholders, and deliver results, while also being a champion for a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
