Loan Officer Assistant

We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a high-volume loan officer team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth client experience from application through closing. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls. Schedule Appointments. Take Zoom calls with realtors to network . Set up and structure new files/applications. Collect and organize borrower docs. Walk clients through disclosures and submissions. Stay on top of conditions and work with processing/underwriting to keep files moving. Give clients regular updates and chase outstanding items. Help with pre-approvals, scenarios, and follow-ups. Keep pipeline/CRM organized and make sure nothing falls through.
