Travel We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Niles, MI. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Michigan COTA license or license in the state of assignment is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred. Experience providing restorative or ADL-focused therapy and working with geriatric populations preferred. Client requires availability for a 35-hour weekly guarantee and willingness to work the client-specified schedule for the assignment.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift name: Days. Shift details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule pattern: 5x8. Assignment length: 13-week contract. Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
