Registered Nurse (RN) in Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous step down experience required License: Valid Iowa nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Ability to float within the same discipline across local campuses - Profile must include a valid driver's license - Work history or resume - Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission - License verification - Copy of required certifications - One supervisory reference required at the time of submission - Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills and the ability to respond to emergency situations effectively. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and teamwork abilities. A focus on patient-centered care is essential. The position involves adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while providing care.
