Parts Counter Specialist

Job Details Job Location: Pfafftown - Pfafftown, NC 27040 Position Type: Full Time A Day in the Life: Parts Sales Specialist Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested Process parts requests for internal and external customers Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled Need to Succeed: Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone Life at James River Equipment Upon joining James River Equipment, you will be welcomed into a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team that takes pride in a job well done and is appreciated for the work they do!
