Job Summary:
An Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available in Greenwood, Indiana. The role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services within a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialized therapy to adult patients recovering from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputee conditions, cardiac issues, and orthopedic injuries. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Greenwood, Indiana
• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with regular hours after to be from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, starting on 06/08/2026, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program, licensure in Indiana, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; 0 years of experience minimum, with 2+ years preferred.
• Additional Information: Must be able to float to adult inpatient rehab units as needed. Emphasis on teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced environment with short length of stay, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate discharge to home.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation facilities, especially with adult patients recovering from neurological and orthopedic conditions.
