Position Overview
Our organization is in search of a Center-Based Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children diagnosed with autism within our center-based initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical programming and implementation of ABA services.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to enhance their professional development.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment strategies.
- Design and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Ensure that all services provided are evidence-based and adhere to ethical standards.
