Location US-OR-Hillsboro Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a clinic-based setting, leading by example and creating an exceptional patient experience. Offer leadership in healthcare management to ensure day‑to‑day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure. Manage clinicians, support staff, and comply with APC supervisory requirements. Create a professional, collaborative working environment. Work with leaders to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous clinic improvement. Maintain relationships with center clients and payers. Work with clinic leadership to manage clinical and support staffing levels. Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Concentra values for all colleagues. Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition. Possess financial awareness and provide input to clinic budget and key business metrics. Qualifications Active and unrestricted medical license. Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date). Must be eligible to participate in Medicare. Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA‑recognized specialty preferred. FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
