Opportunity for a lot of collaboration between members of the Business Office Company is in a great area within walking distance to many restaurants Dedicated leadership that sends each employee to a training seminar Flexible work hours Main Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist: Manage and process biweekly payroll for around 500 employees (hourly, salary, certified, and non-certified) The Payroll Specialist will use Excel to run reports, analyze payroll data, and process information exported from the accounting system The Payroll Specialist must ensure high accuracy in payroll processing, including attention to detail with taxes and quarterly filings Provide support to employees by responding to payroll-related questions and resolving pay issues Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist: Experience with full-cycle payroll processing Public sector payroll experience is a huge plus! The Payroll Specialist must have strong attention to detail and great analytical skills Salary is $60,000-70,000
