Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 to 7
• Schedule includes Tuesday and Friday from 8 to 1
• Some flexibility in scheduling
• May be asked to float to other facilities
