Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders and clients.
• Assist in planning and scheduling work activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
