Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all diagnostic procedures including PCI and structural heart interventions.
• Assist with electrophysiology studies and interventions such as ablations and pacemaker implants.
• Maintain sterile field as a scrub tech during procedures.
• Ensure accurate monitoring and documentation during cases.
• Adhere to on-call schedule, providing coverage one day per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS or ARRT-R certification required.
• Washington State RT or CIS license required (not both).
• Previous travel experience required.
• Community hospital experience is mandatory.
• Strong skills in arrhythmia interpretation and interventional procedures preferred.
