The role involves working in a facility with a total of 175 beds. The team consists of 60 therapy providers, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs. Staff will work 10-hour day shifts, which include a significant weekend rotation. The typical patient ratio is between 8-10 patients per day. All documentation and patient management will be conducted using EMR EPIC. Candidates must be independent and able to work effectively in a team environment. Dress code includes light green scrubs. Weekend commitment involves working 2-3 weekends per month. No on-call requirements are noted for this position.
